The Barn On Elm Street, LLC is housed in the barn on our property in North Bennington, VT. It is part of the original homestead that dates from the 1790's. Much of the original barn has been lost to the ravages of time & weather. Previous owners were able to keep up with repairs and in some cases replacement of portions of the barn to prevent its complete loss. Sadly, a full restoration to its past grandeur is not a financially viable option. However, The Barn is undergoing a slow and painfull renovation to extend its usefull life for future generations. The foundation is being shored-up, windows are being replaced, the vinyl siding will be removed and the entire barn will be getting a well deserved coat of paint in the near future.
The Barn currently provides storage for my vehicles and equipment, it also houses my shop where I can refinish doors and perform other prep work & projects that don't require me to be at a customer site.
