Village Colonial:
This exterior renovation of an 1860's home included replacing a rotted landscape timber wall & steps with field stone. The shutters and doors were refinished, period appropriate light fixtures were added, paint was touched-up and finally the landscaping was added.
New Deck:
What a difference a deck makes! These 'before' and 'after' photos show the transformation of a lifeless backyard to a focal point of relaxation or entertainment - depending on your mood. This deck adds almost 500 sq ft of living space and features a low maintenance composite decking and railing system.
New Deck & 3-1/2 Season Sunroom
Another unused backyard transformed. This deck incorporated several features such as embedding electrical outlets in the railing posts and a custom rail and post design. The covered porch was enclosed with interchangeable glass panels (screens replace the glass in the summer). It's southern exposure allows solar energy to warm the room to usable levels on all but the coldest winter days.
